About Annette Zito
A native New Yorker, Annette was born into the food business, even rolling meatballs for her dad’s catering jobs by the age of 5! From her family’s beloved Bronx neighborhood deli, Nancy’s Delicatessen, and Manhattan restaurants, to the wholesale produce industry, she knows food.
While enjoying a career in marketing/advertising, then joining her dad’s metro NY wholesale produce business, her zest for Red Carpet Menuscooking, entertaining, and all things food has only intensified. This is vividly clear in her annual celebration of the Academy Awards®.
She launched KitchAnnette™ in 2008. Since then, she has created JUICE THIS® juicing kits and authored the cookbook, KitchAnnette™ Red Carpet Menus. Her passion is to show how engaging, easy, & fun the kitchen can be.
